Payment
- Full payment is due at booking. There are no deposits and no partial payments.
- No dates are held without confirmed payment.
- Where Stripe permits, checkout may offer Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. Those are Stripe payment methods, not a Turquoise UFO financing program. The tour is still paid in full at booking.
Refunds and cancellations
- Full refund if you cancel within 72 hours of purchase.
- After 72 hours from purchase, the booking is nonrefundable.
- To request a refund inside the 72-hour window, email [email protected] with the booking number. Refunds return to the original payment method.
- Turquoise UFO may refuse or end participation if conduct poses risk to people, property, or access agreements, without refund, as stated in the site Terms.
Capacity and calendar
Availability is limited to one private group per day. A confirmed Indie booking occupies that day. Peek and reseller calendars are still live during this prototype, so a date may need a manual block on the other channel after a booking lands. Do not assume the two systems share inventory until Peek exit.
