By completing a direct Indie booking you agree to this waiver and to the Indie Booking Policy and the site Terms.
Nature of the experience
Turquoise UFO provides private, narrative-driven field experiences in Arizona and the broader Southwest. They are cultural, educational, and observational. They are not thrill rides, belief-based tourism, or guaranteed sightings of any kind. No outcomes, discoveries, or phenomena are promised.
Desert conditions
Southwestern field days can involve extreme heat, long distances, limited services, uneven terrain, remote roads, and sudden weather. Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental readiness. Participation is voluntary. Tell us before booking if you have medical conditions, mobility limits, or environmental sensitivities.
Assumption of risk
You assume the inherent environmental and travel risks of a full-day desert journey, including vehicle travel, walking on uneven ground, heat exposure, and changing access conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Turquoise UFO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
Land and conduct
Experiences may occur near public lands, tribal lands, private property, or protected areas. Guests agree to respect land access rules, cultural boundaries, and environmental protections. Unauthorized exploration or trespass is prohibited. Turquoise UFO may refuse or end participation if conduct poses risk to people, property, or access agreements, without refund.
Payment and refunds
Full payment is due at booking. Direct Indie bookings are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase and nonrefundable afterward. Peek and reseller bookings follow those channels’ own policies.
